New Jersey (Brigantine, Atlantic City, Ocean City, Camden County and Gloucester

Danny Cachuela,
Assoc. Broker, ABR, CPA

Danny Cachuela has extensive
background in finance, contract negotiations, and general business management
with over 30 years experience. His experience includes financing of real estate
and business acquisitions.
Danny was formerly a President and CEO
of Contec International, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Credit Corp., as well as
SunSource de Mexico, a Mexican subsidiary located in Mexico City of a NYSE company. For about twelve years, Danny held various financial
management positions as Vice President of Finance or Controller of distribution
and transportation companies. He was a lecturer at the Business Administration Department
of St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia.
Danny is a licensed Associate Broker
in Pennsylvania and a Sales Associate in New Jersey
for Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors. He is
a member of Suburban West Realtors Association, Pennsylvania Association of
Realtors, Atlantic City & County Board of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
He has a degree in Business
Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in
Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPA’s as
well as the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s.

Vickie Cachuela,

As a professional nurse, Vickie brings to the real estate practice that personal touch, compassion and understanding of the human aspects required to satisfy the client’s needs. Her professionalism and experience makes her an excellent listener; resulting in a good understanding of each client's personal needs. She is then able to fill those needs in searching for their desired homes. With this traits and her specialty in residential real estate, she complements the Team’s technical strength and understanding of the residential real estate market.
A self-motivated sales professional, Vickie delivers results and a lasting relationship with her Clients. As a Realtor, Vickie’s specialty is in the residential market, which includes re-sales, new construction market, condominiums, and buyer representation. Her knowledge of the area (as a 30-year resident of the community) and her attention to details make the home search and/or sales process a stress-free experience for the client.
She is actively associated with the local organization of Greeters/Newcomers, as a Ways and Means Committee member. As such, she fully understand the needs of the new residents in our community. Tennis and community involvement are part of Vickie’s activities in addition to family and real estate.

Noel Ayoub,

Noel comes from a family that has been extensively involved in the real estate business. As a 20-year resident of Marple Township, Noel continues to serve sellers and buyers from different walks of life.
Noel is a member of St. Pius Church. She firmly believes that she owes her clients the same qualities she owes her family: dedication and honesty. Noel continues to assist the team in maintaining a high number of satisfied clients.
Providing the best service is always her objective, which she continually achieves. She specializes in residential re-sales, new constructions and condominiums.
When not working, Noel enjoys swimming, golf and exercise. Noel fluently speaks two languages.
