We provide real estate services to buyers and sellers in Pennsylvania (Berks County, Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Philadelphia, Drexel Hill, Haverford Township, Havertown and Upper Darby) as well as in New Jersey (Brigantine, Atlantic City, Ocean City, Camden County and Gloucester County).

Real estate values and activity are very much affected by what people think and believe in. This includes buyers, sellers, real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, financial consultants, and investors. I truly believe that perception is reality. It is best to predict the future of the market by understanding consumer and supplier perceptions because these perceptions influence the market so much that they become reality. With this in mind, it is extremely important that we understand what people generally believe in by conducting a Market Poll (or Survey).

We will very much appreciate your participating in this Market Poll by sharing with us your opinion on certain important topics. In so doing, you will also benefit by knowing what others believe in. This does not necessarily mean that you should base your buying or selling decision solely on this poll and/or other surveys.
